The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a group of friends or a family. The location was great, just a short walk to the nearest BTS station and with plenty of eateries around. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful, offering advice on where to eat and even arranging a surprise birthday cake and flowers for a friend.
It was difficult to contact the staff as there was not always someone at the reception. This made it challenging to request certain services or to get assistance when needed.

The hotel is situated very close to the Chong Nonsi BTS station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. Additionally, it is just a short distance away from major shopping centers, making it a great location for those looking to indulge in some retail therapy. The rooms are well-equipped with all the basic amenities and utensils, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers a daily cleaning service, adding an extra level of convenience for guests.
All our needs were met and we had a pleasant stay.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, as it is very close to the Chong Nonsi BTS station. This makes it easy to access other parts of the city and explore all that Bangkok has to offer. there are plenty of restaurants and eateries in the surrounding area, so finding a place to eat is never a problem.
The pool at this hotel is poorly maintained, as mentioned in one of the reviews. It seems that the water quality is not up to par, with things even seen floating in the pool.

The location was very convenient, just a few minutes walk from the nearest public transportation and there were some great restaurants and a convenience store nearby. the room was equipped with a washing machine and had very comfortable bedding. It was also very clean which we appreciated.
The walls were quite thin so we could hear our neighbors quite clearly, which was a bit annoying at night. we had some issues with the checkout process, as the staff seemed disorganized and couldn't find our reservation at first.
